KEEP YOUR BODY HEALTHY:
1. Don't eat dessert after every meal.
2. Make sure you eat healthy.
3. Make sure you brush your teeth very well twice a day.
4. Do more exercise.
5. Don't eat gummy snacks, they are bad for your teeth.
6. Eat veggies as much as possible.
7. Drink milk a lot. Have milk instead of soda.
8. Wash your hands, with soap, every time.
9. Don't eat candy all the time.
10. Make sure you eat from all the food groups all the time.

KEEP THE EARTH HEALTHY:
1. Don't trash the earth.
2. The more green you plant, the cleaner the earth gets.
3. Don't waste electricity.
4. Don't waste water.
5. Keep the ocean clean.
6. Don't throw plastic (or cardboard, or metals, or glass) away, recycle it instead.
7. Drive less.
